Product Update · July 2026

What’s New in Level

Two big updates headline July: one login across multiple account types, and a new firm-level hierarchy for enterprise admins. Plus benchmarks in the Builder, a near real-time Heatmap, and more accurate Social Security projections.

Highlights

Accounts

One Login, Multiple Account Types

You can now hold more than one account type — advisor, compliance, investment team — under a single email address. A new account switcher in your portal lets you move between them without logging out. Your settings, data, and context stay properly scoped to the account you’re working in.

Model Builder

Benchmarks in the Builder

A “+ Benchmark” control is now built directly into the Builder flow. Pick from preset defaults for speed, or configure a custom benchmark when you need full control — both from the same modal.

Market Data

Near Real-Time Heatmap

The 1-Day Market Heatmap now refreshes on intraday quotes — roughly 15–20 minutes behind live. Longer timeframes continue to use institutional FactSet data.

Planning

Social Security COLA

Cost-of-living adjustments are now factored into Social Security projections, making every retirement income estimate more accurate for your clients.

Charts

Dollar or Percent View

A new toggle on Level performance charts lets you flip between dollar gain/loss and percentage — whichever better frames the conversation you’re in.

For Enterprise Admins

Analytics

Advisor Engagement Analytics

See rolling 30-day active advisor counts alongside a feature-usage breakdown — giving leadership a clearer view of where your team is leaning in and where adoption still has room to grow.

Administration

Firm Hierarchy & New User Roles

Larger enterprises can now organize advisors into Firms — a dedicated layer between your enterprise and individual advisors. New role types including Compliance, Marketing, and Investment Team let you scope access more precisely.

Also This Month

Stress-test drawdown calculations were corrected to align with Level’s documented methodology, with scenario fallbacks added for market-condition edge cases. Compare Mode was refined so statistics windows are consistent across both frontend and backend, and chart selection and tooltip behavior were also corrected.

On the reliability front, automated end-to-end test coverage expanded to more than 850 scenarios running around the clock, alongside ongoing platform hardening and security improvements throughout.

Coming Soon

Factsheets

Factsheet Management

A new Factsheets tab will let admins upload factsheets directly to specific models on demand. Any factsheet you attach will automatically be included in every new proposal built with that model going forward.

Rolling out to clients soon.
